Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a senior Group Director, Core to lead a high-volume portfolio of founder-led clients and drive revenue expansion. You will own executive relationships, shape strategic growth, and scale AI-native processes across the division.

You will partner with Account Directors to build value-based business cases, manage resources, and ensure predictable retention and expansion, while guiding the go-to-market for the division.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing a P&L for profitable growth.
• Deep fluency in marketing channels for small businesses and founder-led accounts.
• Strong executive relationship management with ownership of top-tier portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and expansion for the division; drive expansion as the primary lever.
• Maintain executive relationships across top accounts with direct, non-delegated oversight.
• Lead quarterly executive check-ins and weekly forecast accuracy for retention and growth.
• Coach Account Directors to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors with scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen positioning, collateral, and win-rate for the division.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, and career pathing for the division; manage team performance.
