Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Group Director to oversee the Fashion division, retain and grow a high-value client portfolio, and lead a team of Account Directors and Managers. You will drive strategic partnerships, supervise thought leadership, and partner with MD/VP to shape go-to-market strategy and key product offerings.

You will also collaborate with Data Intelligence and Activation teams to enhance campaigns, guide business outcomes, and foster a culture of growth and innovation

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a leader in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, client retention, and client growth.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and NPS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead division leadership and team development across senior roles.
• Manage key client relationships, retention, and growth targets.
• Drive new business through pitches, RFPs, and strategic collateral.
• Define and execute the division's go-to-market strategy and product solutions.
• Oversee product quality and Nova/Power Circuit initiatives and reporting templates.
