Job summary

Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth firm, seeks a Group Director, Core to lead senior client relationships and revenue for a portfolio of founder-led accounts. You will drive expansion, own executive engagement, and scale a standardized system with AI-powered tools.

You will coach Account Directors, shape go-to-market strategy, forecast retention, and partner with Sales to improve win rates. This role requires 10+ years in digital marketing leadership and a track record of profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume, founder-led accounts.
• Strong knowledge of owned, earned, and paid channels for small budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention and expansion for the division.
• Lead executive relationships with top accounts directly.
• Coach Account Directors to operate as AI-native growth directors.
• Forecast retention and manage the division's pipeline.
• Partner with Sales to sharpen positioning and collateral.
