Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Group Benefits Sales Representative aligned to our Premier Market segment who will be responsible for building and maintaining broker and plan holder relationships to drive ongoing sales and retention of groups of 2-1,999 lives with a primary focus between 100-1,999 market.

Qualifications

• BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 4 years group insurance sales experience
• Experience with Worksite, LTD, Dental products and enrollment processes

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Guardian’s Group Benefits portfolio to designated brokers
• Maintain broker and client relationships to drive sales and retention
• Develop and implement tactical sales strategies to exceed targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends
• Represent Guardian and build community relationships
