The role emphasizes partnership with business owners, strong presentation skills, and a network of local leaders to grow client relationships and department revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong communication with business owners and leaders.
• Pennsylvania Producer License – Life, Accident & Health Lines of Authority.
• 2+ years of experience with Employee Group Benefits account management and production.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations.
• Working knowledge of benefit agency management systems and Microsoft Office/TEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients and generate new group benefits sales.
• Manage group benefits accounts and provide client solutions.
• Collaborate with Horst team to deliver comprehensive employee benefits services.
• Meet production targets and grow department revenue.
