Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
2+ years of experience with Employee Group Benefits account management and production.
Pennsylvania Producer License – Life, Accident & Health Lines of Authority.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Established network of business leaders and community organizations.
Working knowledge of benefit agency systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow group benefits sales while retaining existing clients.
Present and tailor group benefit solutions to business owners and leaders.
Collaborate with team to meet growth and retention objectives in a fast-paced environment.
