New Health Partners is seeking a Group Sales Field Representative to build relationships with agencies, brokers, and employer groups across South Florida. This field-focused role involves meeting with agencies, delivering presentations, supporting enrollments, renewals, and driving new group sales opportunities.

You will travel regionally, conduct onsite and virtual trainings on group medical and ancillary benefits, coordinate with sales directors and carriers, track pipeline, and help broker

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in health insurance, group sales, or employee benefits.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel within South Florida or statewide to meet brokers and employers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office for pipeline tracking.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with agencies, brokers, and employer groups in assigned territory.
• Host onsite and virtual trainings on group medical, ICHRA, GAP, dental and ancillary offerings.
• Attend enrollments, support renewals, and drive new group sales opportunities.
• Track sales pipeline activity, quoting volumes, and closed business metrics.
• Represent the organization at broker events and deliver professional presentations.
