Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will tend the grounds, assist the Service Team, and address landscaping and snow/ice issues while delivering friendly, proactive resident service.

Ideal candidates have a year of property management exposure or landscaping experience, enjoy outdoor work, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments.
• Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Operating computers and other technology to access email and company software.
• Meet task deadlines as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
