Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment community. You will help preserve curb appeal, operate basic tools, and collaborate with the service team to address landscaping, snow removal, and resident needs.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset. Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred; willingness to be part of a collaborative, nontraditional property management group is

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments.
• Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
• Meet task deadlines as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
