Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to oversee the upkeep and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You’ll enjoy outdoor work, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in a clean, welcoming environment for residents and owners.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds, coordinating with the service team, and handling basic landscaping tasks while meeting deadlines and communicating clearly with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with residents, leadership and team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to help residents and owners.
• Experience keeping grounds clean and well-maintained.
• Ability to operate tools and basic equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
