Bedrock Property Management seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the apartment community’s curb appeal and overall cleanliness. You will join a team focused on quality, safety, and resident satisfaction, working outdoors and with the service crew to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to handle outdoor weather and seasonal challenges while delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, buildings, and common areas.
• Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents.
• Maintain physical condition of the property.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
