Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our apartment communities. You will help keep grounds, parking areas, and common spaces neat and welcoming, with a keen eye for detail and pride in outdoor work.

The role emphasizes excellent resident service, teamwork with the service group, and readiness to handle landscaping tasks and occasional snow/ice removal, with travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Professional and timely responses to all work orders.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
