Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our apartment community and support residents and the service team. You will enjoy working outdoors, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, debris removal, and assisting with service requests. You will coordinate with team members and follow company policies while ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication to liaise with residents and team members.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking lot, buildings, and common areas.
• Assist the Service Team with requests as needed.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Ability to operate computers and company software.
• Meet task deadlines as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain physical condition and curb appeal of the property.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Respond to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Provide timely responses to work orders and follow policies.
