Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of the apartment community, including parking lots, buildings, and common areas. You will have a keen eye for detail, enjoy outdoor work, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment.

You will use hand and power tools, assist the Service Team with requests, handle landscaping and snow/ice removal, and meet deadlines. Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Experience maintaining grounds, common areas, and snow removal.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and basic software.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and resolve issues.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and grounds.
• Use hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Remove debris and prepare vacated apartments.
• Respond to inquiries outside normal schedule.
