Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/ grounds position to ensure the physical community is well-kept and compliant with safety standards. The role supports the service team in daily tasks, including upkeep of grounds and amenities, trash removal, and making-ready of vacants.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, ensuring locks/pool gates are secure, and communicating with residents and supervisors while maintaining high standards of curb appeal and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Changes all locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and responds to maintenance inquiries.
• Complies with safety policies and attends safety meetings.
