Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to manage physical community upkeep, grounds, and amenities to ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction. This role supports the service team in day-to-day tasks and safety compliance across the property in Pittsville, TX.

Responsibilities include readied vacant units, cleaning, coordinating with the service supervisor, and assisting with lock changes while upholding Greystar’s safety standards and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and keeps common areas neat at all times.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before the make-ready process and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests as assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assists the make-ready specialist.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates function safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Provides courteous customer service to residents, answers questions, and responds to complaints about maintenance.
• Complies with safety policies, attends safety meetings, and participates in required safety training and reporting.
