Job summary

Greystar seeks a maintenance associate to keep community grounds and amenities clean and well-maintained. You will assist the service team, handle make-ready tasks for vacants, and support safety and compliance efforts across the property.

Responsibilities include inspecting areas, performing routine service requests, and ensuring locks and pool gates operate according to policy. Flexible schedule and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with general property maintenance or service duties is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community areas to keep grounds and amenities neat and presentable.
• Assist make-ready process by cleaning and preparing vacants and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervision and help with safety compliance.
• Ensure security measures like locks and pool area gates function properly.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond to resident questions about maintenance.
