ResProp Management is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper in Austin, TX to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our properties. You will interact with residents and vendors and coordinate with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid transportation means is essential, and weekend/holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete assignments timely with quality while ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them with the Maintenance team.
