Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our properties in Fort Worth, TX. You will respond to resident needs, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure safety standards on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own hand tools, and reliable transportation. You must be able to work varied hours including weekends and holidays, with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general groundskeeping experience is required.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Dependable transportation is required.
• Must be able to perform physical duties up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas including pools, laundry, clubhouses, and parking lots.
• Respond to and complete assignments promptly with quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Use software to track work and performance.
• Be flexible as part of a growing team.
