Job summary

Elmington is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our apartment community in Austin. You will keep the grounds clean, assist the service team, and respond to resident requests with a positive, professional attitude.

This role requires at least 1 year of property maintenance experience, the ability to operate hand and power tools, and the flexibility to travel up to 10% as needed to support other properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
• Clean out vacated apartments.
• Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed.
• Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
• Meet task deadlines as assigned.
