ResProp Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our communities, including pools and clubhouses. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks and provide excellent service to residents and vendors.

Requirements include at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Formación

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Able to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete assignments promptly with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Use software applications to track work and performance.
• Be part of a team in a continuously evolving environment.
