Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our properties, including pools, clubs, parking lots, and laundry facilities. You’ll partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and deliver excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of groundskeeping experience, owns your own hand tools, and can work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident assignments in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety hazards and report them or correct them as needed.
• Use software applications to track work and performance.
• Be part of a team in a dynamic, developing environment.
