Responsibilities

Maintain the buildings and breezeways, keeping them free from trash and cobwebs.
Sweep and/or blow debris from sidewalks and common areas.
Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
Walk the property monthly to identify maintenance needs.
Pressure wash the buildings when required.
Prepare market ready units for new residents.
Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
