Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience maintaining outdoor grounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily and remove litter and debris.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and prepare spaces.
• Assist make-ready team during turnover and service requests.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates operate safely.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors and maintain safety compliance.
