Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal well maintained and to support the service team in daily operations.

Responsibilities include site inspections, litter removal, routine service requests, lock changes, and hazard reporting, with a focus on resident service and safety. Valid driver’s license required; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist in the make-ready process.
• Complete minor service requests and assist with the turn process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors and respond to safety concerns.
• Provide courteous resident service and address complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and training as required.
