Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition and curb appeal of our community. You will support the service team, perform routine maintenance, and help prepare vacant units for new residents.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a focus on safety and resident service. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash and completes make-ready processes for vacant apartments.
• Completes routine service requests and assists in the turnover process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Provides customer service and addresses resident questions and complaints.
