Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. You will conduct daily inspections, remove litter, prepare vacant units, manage minor service requests, and help with lock changes and pool-area safety.

The role emphasizes safety, resident service, and teamwork. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay ($23.00–$25.31) with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas and amenities are clean and presentable.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and dispose of items appropriately.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Change all locks per policy and ensure pool area gates are functional and safe.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations for residents, team members, and guests.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to complaints about maintenance services.
• Attend routine safety meetings and complete OSHA-related training and requirements.
