Greystar Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the community, including grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, while supporting the service team.

Responsibilities include inspecting the property, making units ready, handling routine service requests, verifying locks and pool-gate safety, and communicating with residents. A valid driver’s license is required; candidate must handle varied shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks and respond to resident needs.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Inspects the community throughout the day to keep areas neat and debris-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with the make-ready process.
• Completes assigned routine service requests and supports the make-ready team.
• Ensures locks and pool-area gates operate according to safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Upholds customer service standards and responds to resident questions promptly.
• Adheres to Greystar safety policies and completes required safety training.
