Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a high-rise community in Nashville. You will help maintain grounds and amenities, handle routine service requests, and support the turn process while upholding safety standards.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-readies and clean storage areas.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates operate according to safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and concerns about maintenance.
• Adhere to Greystar safety and risk-management policies and attend required training.
