Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical grounds of a mid-rise community are well-kept and in safe, inviting condition. You will support the service team with routine maintenance, turnover tasks, and on-site safety practices.

The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, physical stamina for daily duties, and flexibility for on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits accompany base compensation.

Qualifications

Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and appealing.
Remove trash and prepare vacants for turnover; support make-ready process.
Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist during turns.
Change locks per policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
Communicate notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and related training requirements.
