Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the turn process.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates comply with codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous customer service and responds to maintenance-related questions and complaints.
• Adheres to safety policies and completes required OSHA training.
