Job summary

Greystar in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the community, grounds, and amenities, supporting the service team to maintain curb appeal and safety.

Responsibilities include inspecting, cleaning, preparing units for turnover, and assisting with the make-ready process. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property is required. On-site benefits and a competitive pay range are offered.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance and basic upkeep of common areas.
• Customer service skills to assist residents and respond to inquiries.
• Understanding of safety policies and proper reporting of hazards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant units for turnover, cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with turn process as needed.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates essential information.
• Reports hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Provides courteous service to residents and handles maintenance complaints.
