Qualifications

Experience in janitorial or mechanical role preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to effectively work in a team and individually.
Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment.
Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor.
Valid driver license and any licenses/certifications required by the state.

Responsibilities

Maintain property grounds daily according to company standards.
Ensure consistent exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping (snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, pool operations).
Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move-ins.
Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents and team members.
