• Maintain property grounds daily according to company standards.
• Ensure consistent exterior maintenance and debris disposal.
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping (snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance, pool operations).
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move-ins.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents and team members.

Salary Range: $17.35-$17.85 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
