Job summary

Lighthouse Property Management in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the exterior and common areas of our properties. The role involves cleaning, detailing, and keeping curb appeal high while assisting the maintenance team as needed.

The position requires daily property walks, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous cleaning positions preferred.
• Ability to communicate and follow verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, laundry rooms, and parking areas daily.
• Clean exterior of buildings and common areas and assist in unit/model cleaning.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal when applicable.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Property Manager and document safety issues.
• Walk the property to maintain curb appeal and coordinate with management on tasks.
