Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days.
• Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a snow blower.
• Passionate for meticulous curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas with high curb appeal.
• Assist in preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and inclement weather events.
• Clean available apartments and common areas as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professional interaction with residents.
• Preserve applicant and resident confidentiality.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and related agencies.
• Report life-safety issues immediately.
• Other duties as assigned
