Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment.
• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment.
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members
