Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Dallas is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the property and amenities, ensuring clean, safe and market-ready units. This role supports residents and clients by keeping Breezeways and common areas free of debris and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways, remove trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the property.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly.
• Pressure wash buildings.
• Prepare market-ready units.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain compactor area free from debris.
