Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC in South Carolina is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. You will keep breezeways clear, sweep and remove debris, replace lighting in common areas, and perform monthly property walks to ensure market-ready units.

Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the building breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market‑ready units
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
