Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties. You will ensure buildings and breezeways stay free of trash and cobwebs, and you will sweep and remove debris from the grounds while replacing light bulbs in shared spaces.

Responsibilities include walking the property monthly for maintenance, pressure washing as needed, preparing market-ready units, and cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from the grounds.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect for maintenance needs.
• Pressure wash buildings as required.
• Prepare market-ready units for occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
