ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property and ensure that buildings, breezeways, and common areas are clean and well-kept. Responsibilities include sweeping, debris removal, bulb replacements, and monthly property walks to uphold market-ready units.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
