Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain residential properties and ensure curb appeal. This is a full-time, career-track role with on-site responsibilities including building maintenance, grounds care, and upkeep of common areas.

You will perform monthly property walks, light bulb replacements, pressure washing, and prepare market-ready units while providing reliable resident and client service.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
