Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain residential properties in Boynton Beach, FL. You will keep buildings and breezeways clean, replace light bulbs in common areas, and walk the property monthly to spot issues.

You will also pressure wash exteriors and prepare market-ready units, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate shows a strong customer-service mindset, is detail-oriented, and well organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings breezeways free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris from walkways and common areas.
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walking the property monthly to identify issues.
• Pressure washing the buildings as needed.
• Preparing market-ready units for occupancy.
• Cleaning all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris.
