Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper in Austin, TX to maintain apartment community properties and common areas. You will perform outdoor maintenance, clean breezeways, replace bulbs in public spaces, and ensure market-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways, keep areas clean and free of debris.
• Sweep, blow debris, and pressure-wash exterior surfaces as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Keep the compactor area free from debris and ensure overall property upkeep.
