Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our property, ensuring buildings and breezeways are clean and safe for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning, debris removal, light bulb replacement, monthly inspections, pressure washing, and preparing market-ready units.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The position offers full-time, competitive pay with benefits including health, dental, vision and life

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and breezeways free of trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas/buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect and maintain.
• Pressure wash buildings as needed.
• Prepare market-ready units for occupancy.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
