You will perform daily grounds maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help ensure a welcoming, well-maintained property environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily to maintain neat curb appeal.
• Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and safe.
• Assist with notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor and ensure safety compliance.
