Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance role to keep communities well-maintained and inviting. You will perform routine upkeep, assist with make-ready activities, and respond to resident requests, while following safety guidelines and company policies.

A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart is required. The position offers opportunities to participate in bonus programs based on performance and business needs, with benefits such as retirement plan options and paid time

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and appealing.
• Clear vacancy spaces and prepare units for turnover per procedures.
• Handle routine service requests as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous service and address resident questions and concerns.
• Attend safety trainings and follow Greystar policies.
