Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in excellent condition. You will support the service team, perform routine upkeep, and assist with turnover of vacant units while upholding safety standards.

Role requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation on property and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests. The position offers comprehensive benefits and onsite opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Experience performing maintenance tasks and minor repairs is preferred.
• Able to follow safety policies and participate in safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep grounds and common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash and organize storage areas; prepare vacants for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with make-ready tasks.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to residents and guests.
