Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-time related experience.
• English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and weekend hours.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the property, offices, and common areas.
• Assist with community events and make-readies.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep/blow breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and vacant apartments.
• Maintain pool and sprinkler systems; water plants as needed.
• Mow, trim, reseed lawns and plantings; prune trees and shrubs.
• Make drainage corrections and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Distribute notices and assist maintenance tasks as directed.
