Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the community clean and maintained, support the service team, and ensure safety and curb appeal. The role involves daily rounds, turnover work, and assisting with repairs and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Required driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides courteous service and responds to resident questions and complaints.
• Complies with safety policies and attends required training.
• May travel to assist other properties and attend training or meetings.
